15 Horrifying Things Homeowners Do When Selling a House

I've seen a lot of things in my 10 years as a home stager. Most homeowners know that if they invite me in to help them, I am not there to judge.

However, there are some scary-looking pictures out there on real estate listings that make you shake your head and say, "What were they thinking?"

The Fall real estate season is creeping up on us and if you are selling your house soon, take a look at this list of 15 things I've seen homeowners do. Make sure you don't make the same mistakes they did!

P.S. Just a reminder, my 10-year anniversary coupon is still in effect until Aug 31st. In celebration, you get a 10% discount on my consultation fee. When you call to set up your consult by Aug 31st this year, say "Happy Birthday!" and I will apply the discount.

Home Stager

I am a military veteran after serving the Air Force for almost 10 years. Since the military moved me every 2 years, I mastered the skills needed to sell my homes quickly. I now help homeowners and realtors get their homes ready to sell so that buyers fall in love with your home and make an offer. I can also help coordinate colors, furniture layout, and décor when moving into a new home or building one. Let me know how I can help!
